Any files that have been closed for seven (7) years or more have been or will be destroyed and copies will not be retained at any location. For files that have been closed fewer than seven (7) years, clients can contact us about retrieving the file or request to have them destroyed. All other files will be retained until seven (7) years after they have been closed or concluded.
